In accordance with Leumi’s streamlined and modern banking process, WhiteScent was asked to enhance their customers’ experience through scent.

Our Solution

After researching the state of mind of bank customers, WhiteScent’s goal was to turn bank waiting spaces into relaxing areas, softening the tension associated with daily routines and financial matters, without compromising a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere.

The scent that was formulated for Bank Leumi is based on green tea extract. This particular scent was chosen for its soothing qualities. Today the scent solution is being used in over 100 selected branches around the country, served and maintained regularly by WhiteScent technicians.
